COVID-19 PREVENTION & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
New York’s Little Elves is dedicated to keeping its clients and cleaners as safe as possible from COVID-19 infection in each home where we work. To accomplish this we have developed a strictly followed set of protocols, each carefully monitored to help assure maximum effectiveness.
*Each cleaner is provided with face masks, gloves, booties and hand sanitizer to be used throughout their time on premises. All are disposed of after the cleaning of each location is completed.
*Physical distancing is observed. In tight spaces, only one cleaner at a time is allowed.
*The regulations of each building are followed completely.
*Equipment brought onto the premises, including vacuums, ladders and the like are used only by NYLE employees and are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each job is completed at our location or on site by our cleaning supervisor if equipment is to remain for further use the following day.
*All employees wash and disinfect their hands upon entering or leaving each location.
*The health of each employee is monitored daily through temperature taken before leaving for work. Those with temperatures over 100.4 are instructed to remain at home.
*We continually monitor DOH, NYS and CDC websites for updates and changes in accepted practices.
In the Same Vein We Ask the Following following From Our Clients:
*Notify us in advance of anyone with COVID-19 symptoms or exposure within 14 days prior to our arrival………or if anyone on the premises has traveled outside the US or to any restricted State within the same period.
*Please maintain 6-foot social distancing
*Please do not handle NYLE equipment or cleaning products brought onto the premises.
*Keep all pets away from NYLE cleaning crews and personnel.
